The Vibrant Life Method is a 7-week wellness course. It is a practical and holistic approach to wellness incorporating nutrition, mind/body and fitness.

What You’ll Learn:
Planning and Preparation are keys to success! Learn the WACCS strategy to fast start your road to vibrancy. You can implement an Action Plan on Day 1, make simple but extremely impactful changes in your nutrition, exercise and lifestyle habits that will build upon each other day-by-day and week-by-week.

We will investigate which clean, colorful, complex carbohydrates give you the most energy bang for the buck. Develop new habits to help you reduce stress and get more restful sleep. You’ll already notice your body beginning to change – more energy, a calmer, more focused mind, a slimmer waistline.

Understand which lean protein and nourishing fats optimize building and maintaining your body and keeping your mind sharp and focused. You’ll be in the groove of things and starting to feel fantastic and take back control of your health and well-being.

Identify and eliminate 1-3 common allergic foods for one week. You will feel like your system has been rebooted, inflammation has subsided, blood sugar has leveled, and you are set on a path toward a more vibrant you.

Learn safe and effective cleansing practices. Learn techniques to eat well on a budget. Discover which 4-5 essential supplements are best for most everyone. You’ll hardly recognize yourself.
