I work with you to develop a lifestyle plan to meet your individual needs. I use a combination of Nutrition, Movement and Mindfulness. Topics may include, but are not limited to, nutrition analysis, nutrition education, menu planning and recipes, goal setting, eating plan options and ideas, etc.

These are considered “general wellness” sessions can be spent in movement such as yoga, practicing meditation and mindfulness techniques, reviewing your wellness plan, revising goals, and/or providing wellness information and education.

New Client Evaluation & Wellness Planning:

  • Includes a review of your completed “Initial Client Intake Form” and “Daily Lifestyle Journal” and other relevant tests/information as tools to identify areas of focus and set goals.
  • During a 90-minute session, I’ll provide you with an “Information and Ideas” document for us to discuss that supports and creates your individualized wellness plan.

New Client Evaluation & Wellness Planning PLUS 8 60-minute Follow-up Sessions:

  • Includes a review of your completed “Initial Client Intake Form” and “Daily Lifestyle Journal” and other relevant tests/information as tools to identify areas of focus and set goals.
  • During a 90-minute session, I’ll provide you with an “Information and Ideas” document for us to discuss that supports and creates your individualized wellness plan.
  • Eight 60-minute follow-up sessions includes weekly “Action Plan” review and support as it relates to your individualized wellness plan.

On-Line 7-Week Wellness Course

Corporate and Private Yoga

Corporate Yoga. Healthy, happy employees make for a healthy, productive and profitable company. A Corporate yoga program can be done almost anywhere such as a conference room or lunch room. Yoga classes can be tailored to address the needs of people with all different movement abilities. A Corporate-sponsored yoga program sends a strong message to your employees that you care about them. If you are interested in starting a yoga program at your workplace, please contact me. We can schedule a time to walk the space, talk about needs, and get a regular class set up.

Corporate Team Yoga. Offer business teams the opportunity to have team meetings, general business meetings, etc. It includes a one-hour stress relief/mindfulness class and a short meditation for the team to kick-off the meeting and then leave the group to its business. This is a fantastic way for groups to work more productively together as well as many other benefits like starting the meetings with a calm, clear, centered mind and a relaxed body.

Yoga Parties. Available for birthday celebrations, bridal showers, retirement parties, office gatherings, bachelorette parties, and women’s/men’s groups. This can be a great way to bring friends and colleagues together.

Private Yoga. If you are new to yoga, recovering from injury or illness, want to deepen your existing practice, or simply want some individual attention about proper alignment and technique, private sessions may be for you. Private yoga sessions are 75-minutes, and are available by appointment only.
