Avocado Chocolate Mousse
Serves 2

Ingredients:
1 ripe Hass avocado
¼ cup raw cacao powder, unsweetened
¼ cup unsweetened organic coconut milk (from the can)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoons raw honey (2 if you like it sweeter)
1/8 teaspoon sea salt

Directions:
Put all ingredients into a food processor bowl. Blend until completely smooth. Spoon into dessert cups. Serve well-chilled.
