Roasted vegetables are a favorite in our home.Today, it’s Brussels Sprouts, Garlic, a Garnet Yam, Sea Salt, Fresh Ground Black Pepper, Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil.Mix together and roast on a parchment paper-covered baking pan for 30-40 minutes at 425 degrees (until crisp tender).
(Note: Turn once 1/2 way through for even roasting!)

This will be served along with a Vegan Yam Patty burger topped with red onion, heirloom tomato, and sunflower greens. Served on a gluten-free flax bun! YUMMY!
